Chloe is a second generation tattoo artist, having apprenticed under her father, Josh Hall and is now heading into her second year of tattooing. She grew up in the Dallas area and has always had a love for the arts, painting, drawing, etc. After finishing EMT school she decided that wasn’t her true passion and chose to take on the family business. Chloe tattoos in wide range of styles and is always taking walk-ins.
